    Mô tả công việc

    Payroll sector:
     Assist in processing payroll (calculate, reconcile) timely, accurately, and compliantly.
     Assist in handling PIT matters, such as PIT code register, dependent, PIT quarterly report, and PIT finalization.
     File the quarterly/yearly HR reports.
     Assist in registering social insurance regarding onboarding/offboarding employees.
     Assist in preparing labor contracts, appendixes, and contractor service contracts.
     Maintain the master file of employee information and check attendance.
     Assist in managing office documents and the office's administrative tasks.
    Bookkeeping/Expense sector:
     Input the monthly bookkeeping data into systems such as Amis, and the Misa system.
     Prepare the payment via online banking. Weekly payment review and processing, including staff reimbursement, vendor payment, and office expenses. Make sure the expense applied is authorized properly.
     Issue/adjust/cancel VAT invoices.
     Assist the supervisors with the submission of documents related to banks, Tax, Social Insurance Dept, and Trade Unions if needed.
     Other HR and accounting admin tasks that the supervisor assigns.

    Yêu cầu công việc

     Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience preferably related industries.
     Excellent interpersonal and communications skills including strong written and verbal skills.
     Excellent command of written and spoken English.
     Good command of accounting software such as Amis, Misa, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook);
     Ability to work independently and responsibly.
     Must be proactive, analytical, meticulous, organized, and reliable.
     Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material.
