Operation Supervisor

+ Container consolidation:

• Receive booking confirmation, request release empty order from carriers and check container's status.

• Receive goods directly from customers, inspect cargo's status.

• Regularly update the actual quantity of imported goods in the export warehouse to the export goods department so that the export department can make a reasonable adjustment in building vacking plans.

• Agree on the plan of receiving goods with the export goods document department for the orders with separate requirements on the specifications of receiving and packing of goods, Close containers, taking photos and counting numbers.

• Liquidate and seal containers according to the ship's progress. Provide images and document on time.

• Declaration management: Check and synthesize the declaration to do customs procedures when exporting goods; Receive the declaration from the shipping company and return it to the export documents department to pay the customer.

● Experience on LCL

● Customer and service oriented.

● Background in Freight Forwarding/Shipping and Logistics.
