Operation Manager

• Knowledge and experience in business management, marketing, customer care, and analyzing the market to come up with a suitable business plan.
• Knowledge and experience in the field of lubricants and chemical supply business. Has a wide relationship in the chemical and lubricant industry to get the most timely and fastest price information.
• Make business plans and marketing plans.
• Build good relationships with customers, banks, and suppliers.
• Ability to assess potential and develop new business.
• Plan to import goods in accordance with financial conditions to ensure that there are always enough stock to supply the market with the best price.
• Make daily report and monthly report to the CEO.

• At least 2 years’ experience in operation management or similar position (prefer female).
• Effective relationship management (with internal staff and external customers).
• Proven previous experience in team management is advantageous.
• Collaborative, focused on delivery with ability to coach to achieve results but robust and challenging where needed.
• Strategic planning experience.
• Excellent communication skill - spoken and written English.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Detailed oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
