Mô tả công việc:

Proactively engage in marketing and outreach initiatives to attract new customers for MLC’s sports programs and facility rental services.
Collaborate with the CISC Marketing team and the Admissions teams of CIS, CVK, and Sedbergh Vietnam to align messaging and outreach strategies for engaging target customer groups.
Support administrative tasks for Admissions and Customer Service: maintain customer databases, track enrollment and payment status in the CRM system (MegaEdu) and Google calendars.
Oversee the daily scheduling of sports facilities and fields; ensure all equipment (field lighting, sports gear, etc.) is appropriately set up as required for activities.
Work closely with the Admissions and Customer Service teams to handle field booking requests and payment updates; monitor execution processes to ensure classes and events run smoothly, delivering a satisfying experience for customers.
Uphold excellent customer service standards: serve as a point of contact for parents/students regarding sports programs; manage participant check-in and ensure safety throughout all sessions.
Assist in planning, organizing, and overseeing MLC’s athletic programs, tournaments, and special events. Involved in event promotion, participant recruitment, and coordinating event staff.
Represent the MLC department in community events, committees, or partner activities as needed, to expand MLC’s network and public profile.
Support head coaches with administrative tasks: prepare service contracts, program proposals, and other necessary documents for submission to relevant departments on time.
Supervise and observe sports training sessions; evaluate teaching quality and ensure compliance with MLC Sports curricula and service standards.
Distribute post-program surveys to students and parents; collect and analyze feedback. Based on the insights, suggest improvements for MLC’s sports programs and facility rental services to enhance overall quality continuously.
Keep all operational reports and market data up-to-date: regularly report on participant numbers and rental revenue; gather information on sports education market trends, competitors’ offerings, and customer feedback to inform management decisions.
Develop and foster relationships with key stakeholders (school partners, sports clubs, local community groups, etc.), thereby expanding MLC’s network and creating a pipeline of potential future clients.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the line manager, relevant to the scope of this position.

Yêu cầu công việc:

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sports Management, Event Planning, or a related field.
02 years of experience in marketing, sales, or sports event coordination.
Basic understanding of the sports industry (common sports, rules, trends) as well as business development principles. Willingness to learn and deepen this knowledge on the job.
Fluency in Vietnamese and English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
Willingness to travel as required and flexibility in work hours: ability to work evenings, weekends, or holidays when events or special customer engagements occur.
