- To settle up or receive documents transferred to Reception from other departments.
- To participate in safeguarding security in the hotel, to check up door lock..
- To thoroughly understand all procedures of installing technical equipment in the hotel and to use them for safety purposes only.
- To handover all done work and the results for staff on day-shift to follow up and handle.
- To make a brief report of activities taking place at night and a list of room status every day.
- To prepare all tasks needed for welcoming guests on the next day.
- To process late check-in and early check-out and any other tasks related to Reception.
- To maintain the coordination with other departments in serving guests along with security issues in the hotel.
- To keep tools and equipment at Reception counter clean, tidy and well-operated.
- To guarantee all complaints of night guests are handled absolutely, otherwise handover to staff on morning shift to continue.
- Degree or diploma in hospitality management or other related field
- Experience in field of Customer Service or Reception.
- Extremely high spirit of Customer Service.
- Minimum of 1 year Receptionist experience in 2 or 5 stars hotel or residence background
- Computer skills: proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in PMS is required
- Exhibit excellent knowledge of customer service
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task
