1. Maintenance Management / Maintenance:

Check processes and supervise the implementation of regular maintenance processes for operational facilities and machines
Develop periodic control and maintenance plans
Develop inventory plans and manage spare parts availability
Develop a Preventive Maintenance plan
Check the process and supervise the implementation of the repair process when damage occurs
Check the process and supervise the implementation of the continuous machine condition checking process

Apply innovation and improvement in each flow process
Develop knowledge and skill according to function and job level
Share knowledge and expertise to other employee to support creation of high performance organization
Propose the needs of each process according to work field
Implement performance management system programs, risk management systems and good corporate governance in accordance with the function and field of work of the position

Diploma Degree (D3) -Industrial Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 1 (one) year experience in Maintenance Manufacture Machine or Fresh Graduate (With Internship Experience in Maintenance Manufacture Machine)
Willing to work in Shift (3-Shift) Shift 1: 06:00 – 14:00; Shift 2: 14:00 – 22:00; Shift 3: 22:00 – 06:00), average 44 hours/week.
Willing to work in Factory in Phu My 3, Ba Ria Vung Tau
Able to work with teams and individuals, healthy physically and mentally
Able to operate computer: MS Office (Excel, Word, Power points)
Able to speak English (Toiec > 550, IELTS 5.0)

Working hours: in shift (3-Shift) Shift 1: 06:00 – 14:00; Shift 2: 14:00 – 22:00; Shift 3: 22:00 – 06:00), average 44 hours/week.
Work at FactoryPhu My 3, Ba Ria Vung Tau
Annual leaves: 15 days per year.
Sick leaves: 4 days per year.
Covid leaves: no limited.
Performance Appraisal: every 6 months.
Bonus of 13th and 14th month salary based on company policy.
Others: annual health checkup, general medical insurance
