Nhân Viên An Ninh/ Security Specialist

1. Supervision and Leadership:
- Lead and supervise a team of CCTV control room operators, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and address any disciplinary issues ly.
2. Security Operations:
- Night shift service security supervising (periodically) at assigned TTI sites
- Support Security Manager and Supervisor to report weekly, monthly and annual security incident data summary
3. Policy Adherence and Training:
- Coordinate with EHS training orientation program on worker security awareness when required.
- Conduct training sessions for security personnel on security protocols, emergency response, and safety procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in security management.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
- Coordinating post- incidents improvement plans with relevant departments (Production, warehouse..)
5. Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
- Conducts periodic physical site inspection/assessment, facility threat assessment based on incident trend, utilizing physical security audit check list.
- Regularly inspect security equipment and ensure proper functioning.
- Other duties as assigned.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
• Knowledge of security operations and emergency response procedures.
• Understanding of surveillance systems and other security technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• College and above.
• Minimum 3 years in Security Specialist or similar positions Military and/or law enforcement background preferred
• Be able to communicate (speaking and writing) concisely + confidently in English Familiar with manufacturing and warehouse operations
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Inquisitive and have desired to learn
• Excellent time management skill and have ability to prioritize work
• Strong organizational skills Attention to details and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Travel multiple job sites when required - not often
