    Develop high volume, highly scalable server-side features;
    Work closely with internal departments to build web applications/systems;
    Research and apply new technology to improve customer experience;
    Ensure the assigned tasks are performed on time and with high quality.
    Ability to mentor, coach and effectively transfer expertise to member.
    Lead and manage the development and planning,
    Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology or relevant;
    Experience in C#, .NET , DevExpress, ASP.Net MVC5 at least 5+ years;
    Experience working on HRM projects is an advantage.
    Experience in design and building Modules, API;
    Knowledge of OOP and Design Patterns;
    Knowledge of databases (SQL, Oracle);
    Good time management, communication, and problem-solving skills;
    Good teamwork spirit and logical thinking;
    Proactive, well self-organized, and responsible in work;
    Able to quickly manage new technologies.
    Ability to mentor, coach and effectively transfer expertise to member.
