Naval Architect - Engineering Boat

- The engineer needs to support the engineering team during a development project from the concept until the prototype testing phase. - The role creates stability, speed and performance reports according to the international rules and regulations (EN standards, class societies, etc.) - Being the contact person towards the external class society for technical clarifications regarding overall boat performance and justification. - The Naval architect supports the sales and application engineering department during the offering phase for the correct selection of the crane models. - Work on design projects (Lifeboats, rescue boats, workboats, special boats). - Design system operating principle drawings, coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to produce production drawings for spreading, Casco, welding and assembly. - Participate in improving product quality and increasing labor productivity

1 Skill and abilities - Total integrity strong knowledge of structural analysis of Boat design - Technical English, specialized language exchange (and/or communication english) Good - Reporting skill - Teamwork skill - Management and self-management 2 Personality - Attention to details - Creative and Innovative "Include the education and experience that is necessary to perform the job satisfactorily. 1 Qualifications - Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Technics, majoring in floating equipment, mechanics, and engineering. 2 Experience & knowledge - Minimum 3 years of work experience in technical roles within the mechanical engineering, ship and canoe building. - Proficient level of using the different calculation tools (e.g. Rhino / Orca / Others). - Familiar with product line management software - Understand the requirements of the quality management system - Good at mechanical design software (E.g. Inventor, Solid edge..)
