Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

Order Management & Product Development:

Communicate with buyers to understand product requirements, materials, pricing, and delivery schedules.

Coordinate the sampling process to meet buyer specifications and deadlines.

Negotiate prices and order terms with customers.

Cross-Department Coordination:

Collaborate with the purchasing, production, quality control, technical, and warehouse teams.

Ensure all order details are communicated accurately and clearly to relevant departments.

Production Follow-up & Delivery Monitoring:

Monitor production schedules to meet delivery deadlines.

Check product quality before shipment to ensure compliance with buyer standards.

Solve any issues related to technical specifications, raw materials, or production delays.

Customer Relationship Management:

Maintain regular contact with clients or their representatives regarding order status and feedback.

Ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.

Team Management:

Supervise, train, and assign tasks to the merchandiser team.

Evaluate performance and support team development.

Yêu cầu công việc:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Garment Technology, Textile Engineering, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or relevant fields.

Minimum 5 years of experience in garment merchandising, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.

Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) for communication with foreign customers.

Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Email, etc.).
