About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing and communication initiatives with hands-on execution, creativity, and a passion for technology.
Key Responsibilities
1. Website & Content Management
Experienced in managing content on CMS (Content Management System) platforms such as WordPress or similar systems.
Proficient in updating, editing, and maintaining website content, images, and documents using predefined templates.
Skilled in optimizing images for websites (resizing, compressing files) and following company file-naming conventions.
Have a basic understanding of on-page SEO to ensure web content is search-engine friendly.
2. Graphic Design & Communication Materials
Proficient in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or equivalent online tools (e.g., Canva, Figma).
Capable of independently designing a wide range of professional communication materials for company activities, including:
Event invitations
Banners and backdrops
Brochures and product catalogues
Illustrative images for websites and social media
3. Application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Tools
Create and edit visual materials using AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion) for marketing posts, news, and publications.
Apply AI to ideate, edit, and optimize content for websites, blogs, and other communication channels.
Proficient in website administration (basic CMS platforms such as WordPress, Bitrix24, or company-specific systems).
Knowledgeable in website content optimization (basic SEO, formatting checks, image and file size optimization).
Skilled in using popular design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or equivalent.
Experienced in designing and layout preparation for communication materials such as event invitations, banners, backdrops, and brochures.
Capable of using AI tools for marketing and communication purposes, including:
AI image generation tools (MidJourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, Canva AI, etc.).
AI content generation tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, etc.) to support bilingual (English–Vietnamese) content creation.
Basic skills in image and video editing (cropping, trimming, adding logos, inserting subtitles).
Able to organize and manage media files (images, videos, content) systematically on internal servers or cloud storage.
Basic understanding of data security when working with websites and internal email systems.
