Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing and communication initiatives with hands-on execution, creativity, and a passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities

1. Website & Content Management

• Manage and maintain website content through CMS platforms (WordPress, Bitrix24, or in-house systems).

• Update, edit, and optimize website materials, images, and documents using available templates.

• Ensure content follows SEO best practices.

• Apply AI content tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, etc.) to support bilingual (English–Vietnamese) content writing.

2. Graphic Design & Communication Materials

• Create and design marketing materials using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Canva, Figma.

• Develop a wide range of marketing and communication assets, including:

  • Event invitations, banners, backdrops

  • Brochures, product catalogues

  • Visual content for the website and social media

• Maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints.

• Use AI-powered image tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, Canva AI, etc.) to create and edit visuals.

• At least 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand management.
• Strong sense of creativity with an ability to turn ideas into execution.
• Proactive, organized, and collaborative working style.
• Good command of English is a plus.
• Experience in companies with structured internal systems is preferred.
• Experience in campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
