Management Trainee

- To attend apprentice program at Head Office training centre in Indonesia for 3 months. The training program will be shared detail in interview session

- To join factories tour at some of big factories in Indonesia

- To be trained about teamwork skills, presentation skills, leadership skill and others

- To work as management trainee in Production Dept/ Maintenance Dept with Coaching from HOD

- Graduate from College/ University major in the fields of mechanics, mechatronics, automation, industrial electricity.

- Interested in Engineering and Manufacturing Industry.

- Good English communication (written and spoken).

- Teamwork ,dynamic, good communication skills.

- Potential leadership capacity.
