    1. General information: - Job position: Logistics Supervisor - Working area: 153/18 Nguyễn Văn Hưởng, Thảo Điền ward, Thủ Đức city, HCMC - Working time: Monday to Friday (from 8 a.m to 5.30 p.m) - Employment type Full-time 2. Responsibilities: • In contact with supplier to follow shipping schedule. Checking shipping documents. • Check or verify logistics charges, relevant fees. • Closely liaise with service providers/forwarders to follow up and update shipping schedule customs declaration, customs clearance. • Coordinating with Accounting Department for tax payment. • Assist in daily works with service providers to handle goods importation. • Checking/verifying goods after customs clearance • Handle local transportation & handing-over the goods for clients• Work closely with Technical personnel/Site Manager to arrange goods to job-sites smoothly.• Liaise with relevant parties to execute claims process of damaged goods.• Report to Procurement Manager.• Other tasks when required.

    3. Requirement: • At least 3-5 year-experience in Importation• Experiences working with forwarders, shipping lines, customs & • Wide knowledge about customs procedures & regulations.• Good command of English.• Well organized and detailed, able to work under high pressure.• Be truthful and have strong organizational and communication skills.• Knowledge of equipment, spare-parts, consumable parts is an advantage
