Logistics Manager

• Provide pricing and delivery information
• Process orders, forms, applications and requests
• Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
• Manage customers' accounts
• Maintain customer databases
• Checking market rate
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• Follow up on customer interactions
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service
• Receiving delivery requests from customer and superintend picking process.
• Care of shipments and resolve issues during the transportation; coordinate internally to facilitate delivery progress, and externally to bridge the customer’s requirements and operations.
• Handle complaints, tackle arising issues with customers in proper manner.
• Proactively update shipment status. Making exactly the delivery reports to customers (daily).
• Coordinate with sales team to join bidding & project
• Analysis based on collecting information from customer
• Making quotations & follow up on bidding/project

• University Graduate with major: economics, foreign trade, logistics
• At least 02 years experience in Logistics field (Bidding, pricing, manage contract, manage Key Account)
• Good knowledge in English (verbal/written)
• Proficient at MS Office.
• Ability to learn/adapt quickly.
• Willing to work under high pressures.
• Priority for experience in forwarding company
