    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
    Review company documents to prevent legal risks, improve legal compliance and remedy internal legal violations, proactively propose/develop Company policies, legal standards and solutions;
    Perform legal research, update new regulations;
    Implement legal procedures (ERC, IRC, BORC, etc.);
    Translate legal documents;
    Participate in the process of negotiating, signing agreements. Draft or review on agreements, internal regulations, applications, POA, and other legal documents.
    Give legal advices to MC, BOD, departments, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies in Vietnam on legal issues, resolve legal disputes;
    Contact and work with competent authorities in relation to legal matters;
    Participate in legal proceedings to settle disputes at Courts, Arbitrations or other places;
    Take the required reports under laws;
    Be a member of project team for new projects;
    Contact with external law firms;
    Perform other duties as assigned by Legal Director & General Director.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
    Education
    Bachelor of law or above.
    Lawyer Training Course or equivalent is preferred.
    Experience
    No. of year experience: At least 02 years
    Field of experience: Law
    Other related experience: Not required.
    Knowledge of
    Required knowledge: Law on enterprises, law on investment, law on commerce, labor regulations, etc.
    Other related knowledge: Business
    Skills and Abilities
    Well-organized;

    Excellent command in Word and general understanding of other office applications
