    Mô tả công việc

    The Supervisor, Learning & Development is responsible for training, development, employee engagement, and organizational heath index to develop employees with necessary set skills and knowledge to meet business goals and retain them to support the Company to win in the marketplace.

    Training and Development:

    • Plan & Design effective training and development programs that set employees up for success.
    • Manage and implement a training process from start to finish
    • Execute the short-term and long-term training program based on the individual development of employees as well as the necessary level of the training to ensure that employees fully equipped with required knowledge and skills to deliver the expected results.
    • Manage the training documents and materials to make sure the training programs are held with a high level of efficiency.
    • Fully compliance with Nam Long policies, procedures, criteria for evaluating training programs and training providers to increase the effectiveness of training and utilizing training budget efficiently.
    • Build good relationships with vendors for up-to-date training content, program couple with reasonable expenses helping to develop employees.
    • Execute the Orientation program for newcomers to help new people quickly integrate and succeed at the company
    • Execute the Succession Plan & LOM program to retain and develop potential employees.
    • Follow-up the process of service/training contracts and in charge of opportune payment in accordance with F&A procedure.

    Internal Communication:

    • Implement comprehensive communication program plans from planning, creating contents, executing, to monitoring and measuring results; work with service providers to execute internal campaigns.
    • Responsible for engaging employees in internal activities such as quizzes/ magazine stories; internal activities in year-end parties, employees fully participate in seasonal events such as Employee Birthday Events, Conferences, Women's Day, Year-End Gatherings, etc.
    • Responsible for consulting and supporting employees with information related to events/ internal information under the direction of the Board of Directors.
    • Build positive relationships with employees through a schedule of engagement activities including meetings, employee motivational surveys and analysis, etc. and use this information to establish a strategy to build, maintain and foster to make employees more engaged with the company.

    Employee Engagement:

    • Plan, manage and schedule employee engagement activities, aligned with Employee Experience initiatives and programs.
    • Responsible for managing & implementing online and offline Employee Experience program, connecting across departments to increase internal solidarity.
    • Proactively collect employee feedback and recommend/ develop programs to promote employee engagement and development.
    • Report the effectiveness of internal communication strategy, employee engagement by establishing metrics and conducting surveys.

    Yêu cầu công việc

    Background/ Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration / Organizational Development, or equivalent experience in related fields.
    • At least 05 years of professional experience with an emphasis on L&D, employee engagement/ experience, or other related HR disciplines.
    • Proficiency in English.
    • Experience in organizing big events (team building over 500 people…)

    Specific job skills:

    • Good writing, note-taking skills
    • Strong facilitation and presentation skills
    • Basic design skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels across the organization.
    • Strong organizational skills (planning & coordination)
    • Growth mindset and willingness to learn

    Deliverables:

    • Effective execution of strategies, policies, procedures adhered to NLG.
    • Maintain effectiveness in Training and Performance Evaluation.
    • Accurate and coherent communication articles
    • Well-appreciated organization and communication of employee engagement events
