Mô Tả Công Việc

• Thiết kế trải nghiệm người dùng mượt mà và giao diện đẹp cho ứng dụng web và di động

• Tạo wireframe, mockup, và prototype tương tác bằng Figma và Framer

• Chuyển yêu cầu sản phẩm thành luồng người dùng và tương tác trực quan

• Xây dựng và duy trì hệ thống thiết kế hiện đại, dễ mở rộng

• Tích hợp yếu tố giao diện 3D hoặc tương tác bằng Spline hoặc công cụ tương tự

• Phối hợp với lập trình viên frontend để đảm bảo triển khai đúng thiết kế từng pixel

• Sử dụng phản hồi từ người dùng thực tế để cải tiến và cập nhật thiết kế liên tục

⚠️ Yêu Cầu Bắt Buộc: Portfolio (Hồ Sơ Thiết Kế)

Hồ sơ ứng tuyển bắt buộc phải đính kèm portfolio, bao gồm:

• Các sản phẩm trực tiếp hoặc prototype thể hiện kỹ năng thiết kế UI/UX

• Case study hoặc quy trình thiết kế của bạn

• Các thiết kế có yếu tố tương tác hoặc 3D (Framer, Spline, v.v.)

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to help shape seamless, intuitive experiences across our web and mobile products. You’ll work closely with product managers and developers to turn ideas into elegant user journeys and clean, modern interfaces.

As we serve English-speaking users worldwide, basic English communication is required. Don’t worry if you're still learning — we offer optional English training to support your growth.

Responsibilities

• Design seamless user experiences and polished UIs for web and mobile apps

• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Framer

• Translate product requirements into intuitive user flows and interactions

• Build and maintain a scalable, modern design system

• Integrate 3D or interactive UI elements using Spline or similar tools

• Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation

• Use feedback from real users to continually improve and iterate designs

⚠️ Portfolio Requirement

Your application must include a portfolio with:

• Live samples or prototypes of your UI/UX work

• Case studies or breakdowns of your design process

• Any interactive or 3D design work (Framer, Spline, etc.)

Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

• 1–2 years of experience in UI/UX design — or a strong, relevant portfolio

• Strong skills in web design, app design, and mobile-first UX

• Proficiency with Figma, Framer, and modern design system practices

• Familiarity with tools like Spline and experience in 3D or interactive UI is a plus

• Awareness or hands-on experience with AI-assisted design tools

• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles

• Excellent visual design skills with great attention to detail

• Basic English communication skills for writing and conversation (support available)

• Bonus: motion design, branding, or usability testing experience
