Junior Business Analyst

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated Junior Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent English documentation abilities, and preferably previous experience in e-commerce projects.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business needs and objectives.
• Prepare clear and comprehensive documentation in English, including business requirements documents, functional specifications, and user manuals.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans and timelines.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure solutions align with business requirements.
• Support testing efforts and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) as needed.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting post-implementation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.
• proficiency in English, with excellent written skills.
• Experience in documenting business processes and requirements for e-commerce projects is advantageous.
• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
