IT System Administrator (Windows)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Use a GitOps approach to manage the Windows Server environment, which include Active Directory, Group Policies, PKI, File & Printing Server, WSUS, NPS, Antivirus solution, Terminal Server and it component.
• Apply GitOps to system operation task.
• Administer Azure Cloud app (EMS InTune, Azure AD, O365 app, PowerBI, Power Automate, MS Team, SharePoint, etc.); cooperate with Group IT team to troubleshoot O365 problem where needed.
• Take part in IT project - as a project member/leader - that are relevant to O365, Windows-based system and cloud (AWS & Azure SysOps), including planning, implement, and report.
• Document IT System and ensure that the documents are up-to-date; create guideline document on system usage.
• Coordinate with other team (Network, Contact Center, EUS, IT Security, etc.) to ensure that the system have maximum uptime and security.
• Research and propose new technology that will benefit the company.
• Undertake daily administration, include monitor system performance.
• Proactively monitor and solve any problem with the server and system.
• Create report relating to in-charged system and project using reporting tool (PowerBI, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Maintain and support VMWare vSphere 7/8 on Windows cluster.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related IT majors.
• At least 04 years with Windows-based technology, with strong experience & knowledge of Windows server administration.
• Proven experience with Office 365 and Azure apps administration.
• Familiar with Ansible, Git, Terraform.
• Good spoken and written English to collaborate with international teams.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Latest Microsoft Role-based Certificate is preferred, relating to Azure Administration (MCSE: Core Infrastructure), Microsoft 365 Administration (MCSE: Productivity).
• Having knowledge and experience in VMware, Azure, AWS is added advantage.
• Knowledge of programming is an advantage (PowerShell, Python, or other coding program).
