Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for an International Sales Manager (Garment/Textile, $1.800, ID 19842)
Market Strategy and Business Planning

Develop plans for expanding into international markets and set sales targets by year and by quarter.
Analyze market trends, competitors’ strategies, and customer needs to propose appropriate market allocation strategies.

Team Management and Performance Supervision

Lead and train the export sales team, enhancing negotiation skills, product knowledge, and cross-cultural communication abilities.
Establish individual and team KPIs, and conduct regular reviews and coaching to ensure targets are achieved.

Key Account Management

Maintain and expand relationships with major international brands and distributors.
Participate in large quotation processes, contract negotiations, and product development discussions.

Debt Collection and Risk Control

Assess credit limits and payment terms for key customers.
Ensure a high collection rate of accounts receivable and minimize commercial risks.

Yêu cầu công việc:

Male or female
Age: 33–45
Proficient in English and Chinese
Bachelor’s degree or higher
At least 5–7 years of experience in international market sales, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial position in the garment or textile industry.
Experience in developing and implementing international market expansion strategies
