Human Resources Trainee - Thực Tập Sinh Nhân Sự

- HR Trainee is responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to the Human Resources Department (HR)

- Providing support to the Human Resources Team members in recruiting (proceed the application and interview; post-interview follow up and on-boarding support)

- Participating in the pre-training preparation, post-training follows up and input the training hours record for each department and properties.

- Coordinating in-house activities monthly

- Handle other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

- Students specialized in Human Resources Management or Business Administration

- Good command of English

- Competent in PC software such as MS Word, MS excel.

- Able to interact and work with personnel from all levels.

- Able to organize and co-ordinate in a systematic manner.

- Able to work immediately
