Job Title: HRBP

Department: Human Resources

Reports To: direct reporting to HR Director

Job Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Management:

  • Lead and execute recruitment efforts for various positions based on the company’s business needs, ensuring a fast and efficient hiring process.
  • Work closely with business departments to understand staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies and plans to optimize hiring processes.
  • Continuously optimize recruitment channels and enhance recruitment efficiency, while maintaining and expanding the company’s talent pool.
  • Stay updated on industry talent trends and adjust recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.

2. Employee Relations Management:

  • Support day-to-day employee relations management, ensuring that employee concerns and issues are addressed promptly.
  • Assist in resolving employee inquiries and complaints, maintaining a positive and harmonious work atmosphere.
  • Regularly track employee satisfaction, assist in organizing relevant activities to improve employee engagement and foster a sense of belonging.

3. Organizational Optimization and Development:

  • Assist in optimizing the organizational structure based on the company’s growth and needs, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Provide support during organizational changes, helping to solve practical challenges and improve team effectiveness.
  • Participate in internal promotions and job rotations, ensuring fairness and transparency in talent movement.

4. Talent Development Support:

  • Offer suggestions and support for talent development based on departmental needs and assist in organizing role-specific training.
  • Collaborate with departmental management to help define employee career development plans and support their growth.

5. Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Track recruitment metrics and employee turnover, providing related analysis reports to support management decision-making.
  • Regularly assess recruitment outcomes and employee satisfaction, refining recruitment and employee relations strategies as needed.

1. Education:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or related fields.

2. Experience:

  • 3+ years of HRBP or human resources management experience, with hands-on experience in recruitment, ideally in an internet or startup environment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes, talent assessment methods, and basic employee relations management.

3. Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong recruitment planning and execution capabilities, with the ability to quickly respond to and meet business needs.
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from recruitment data and optimize strategies accordingly.

4. Personal Attributes:

  • Proactive, with excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • High level of responsibility and teamwork, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

5. Additional Requirements:

  • Experience in an internet or startup company environment is preferred.
  • Innovative thinking in recruitment processes and employee relations management, with the ability to drive continuous improvement in HR practices.
