- Perform HR and administrative tasks

- Handle recruitment process (post advertisement for recruitment, contact to candidates, arrange the interview schedule, sort suit
- Ensure, supervise, orient the employee obey the company's Regulation as well as enjoy company's benefit
- Update information related to labor law, Health and Social Insurance, PIT for every section
- Be responsible for to save all document related to Human Resource & Admin fields
- Monitor employee's day-leave, daily attendance, compensation days
- Prepare monthly payroll for all employees
- Handle foreign personnel matter such as work-permit, visa, temporary residence card
- Control other personal matters like controlling labor contract, employee's information, monthly report, ... etc
- Maintain employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends
- Develop employees engagement program to engage and retain talent
- Propose ideas and organize internal staff activities/events such as monthly birthday lunch, internal company events, year-end p
- Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work
- Procurement: work with accounting team to maintain adequate vendors of office supplies, equipment, and refreshments and fac
- Premises: liaise with the building management for office operation and renew leasing contract
- Providing general administrative support to the office as needed: yearly health check for employees, stationery, mid autumn gil
- Other tasks as require or request such as office license, authority relationship,...ect

3/ Kinh nghiệm : tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm vị trí HR & Admin Ext .,Human Resource and General Affairs Staff ...các công ty thương mại, ưu tiên ứng viên làm cho VPDD các công ty Nước ngoài, qui mô nhân sự dưới 20 người, có khả năng làm việc độc lập và đa nhiệm, khả năng giao tiếp đàm phán tốt, có kinh nghiệm làm việc với Expat ( đặc biệt Hàn Quốc)
