    Overview

    The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the human resources function for our facility. This position will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's goals, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • HR Strategy and Planning:
      • Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the organization's strategic objectives.
      • Conduct regular reviews of HR practices to ensure they remain effective and compliant.
      • Collaborate with department heads to identify HR needs and develop solutions.
    • Talent Acquisition and Management:
      • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
      • Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to succeed.
      • Manage employee performance, including performance reviews, coaching, and development.
      • Implement succession planning strategies to ensure continuity of leadership.
    • Employee Relations:
      • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
      • Manage employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
      • Organize employee engagement activities and events.
    • Compensation and Benefits:
      • Develop and administer competitive compensation and

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
    • Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
    • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees and management.
    • Proven track record of success in HR management.
    • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
