    About the role

    The Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and Employee Relations Specialist is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of employee compensation, benefits, and employee relations. This role involves ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, enhancing employee satisfaction through effective benefit management, and fostering positive employee relations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong analytical skills, and be committed to maintaining a fair and equitable workplace.

    Key Responsibilities

    Payroll & Bonus & PIT:

    • Oversee the management of monthly timesheets and annual leave records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
    • Process payroll and bonuses in accordance with company policies and timelines.
    • Register new employees for Personal Income Tax (PIT) codes and manage applicable family deductions.
    • Calculate monthly PIT contributions, finalize annual PIT reports, and issue PIT Certificates to employees as required.

    Database Management & Additional Responsibilities:

    • Conduct onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
    • Regularly update and organize employee personnel files, both physical and digital, to ensure all documents are easily accessible and secure.
    • Monitor employee contracts, ensuring timely confirmations, renewals, and extensions, and maintain accurate contract records.
    • Stay updated on labor laws and regularly review and adjust company policies to ensure legal compliance and reflect industry best practices.
    • Participate in the development of internal pay ranges, bonus structures, and benefits schemes tailored to various positions within the company.
    • Manage the distribution of employee benefits, including birthday gifts and parking allowances, to enhance employee engagement.
    • Handle visa applications and work permits for foreign employees, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations.

    Social Insurance (SHUI), Health Insurance & Trade Union:

    • Monitor and manage all aspects related to Social Insurance (SHUI), including the registration of new employees, reporting changes, and maintaining records for sickness and maternity leave.
    • Verify data for social insurance contributions, ensuring timely payments to the Social Insurance agency.
    • Oversee Health Insurance coverage, including enrollment, terminations, and assistance with refund procedures.
    • Manage Trade Union activities, prepare reports, and facilitate payments related to union contributions.

    Candidate requirements

    • 3-5 years of experience in HR
    • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and best HR practices.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HR platforms, and Canva, AI tools to streamline processes.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
    • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Quick learner, adaptable, and proactive in problem-solving.
