Position Purpose and Summary:
At Columbia Sportswear, we are looking for a talent on talent development, employee engagement activities, and operational HR services in Vietnam. This position will functionally report to Vietnam HR Manager.

Responsibilities:
• Talent Development and Employees Engagement :
- Building relationship and collaboration with employees to understand the employee’s engagement requirements and explore the new way to engage the employees.
- Assist onboarding process and activities: partner with hiring manager to create induction plan, deliver New Hire Orientation, probation assessment and follow up with New hire survey.
- Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries on HR policies and procedures.
- Help organize employee engagement initiatives such as town halls, team events, and surveys.
• HR Operations:
- HR admin tasks for instance handling onboarding and offboarding activities, new hire orientation sessions and exit interviews, maintaining physical and digital personnel records, updating internal databases with new hire information.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, Organization Chart update.
- Working with external training vendors to support training program coordination and arrangement.
- Handle medical insurance issues and social insurance documents for employees.
- Control employee master data, kudos bonus nomination.
• Employee Relationship:
- Responds to employee relations’ issues by counseling employees/management on personnel policies and work-related problems. Works in a problem-solving capacity to resolve issues and continuously improve Columbia Sportswear’s overall employee morale. It also includes the organize the employee relationship activities and team building.
• HRIS (Workday): Acts as Local expert for HRIS Workday system, to train and educate new employees, support to resolve issues, system testing and local enrollment for new features Acting, educating new employees and supporting to resolve WD issue. Participating the system testing for further enhancement.
YOU HAVE
• Degree in Human Resources or equivalent related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ HR experience in multi-national organization focusing in people development/talent review/employee engagement
• Effective communication skill with proficiency level in English and get used to work with oversea working peer.
• Strong sense of ownership and work independently, self-starter and driver for good quality of work.
• Innovative and open mind to adopt new ideas and suggestions for improvement.
