To strengthen and reinforce our Sales Team by adding an inspired individual, we are looking for a dynamic candidate who is passionate about the coffee industry, willing to travel, and possesses strong sales skills to grow and develop together with the company.

Job Description:

- Promote and sell Italian coffee / coffee capsules in the HoReCa industry

- Study product key selling points and key competitors

- Review market analysis to understand key customers in the market

- Coordinate with marketing to be up to date with new hotel projects, verify leads

- Establish and nurture personal contacts to hotel operators and F&B managers

- Visit existing hotels to introduce coffee in all areas of Vietnam

- Manage the brand LinkedIn profile and other brand digital assets

- Coordinate with equipment team for project offers including coffee machines

- Attend promotional events for coffee on behalf of the brand

- Attend hospitality events to extend network

- Register new clients in the existing CRM system

- Excellent English communication in speaking and writing

- Have at least 1–2 years of experience in the Horeca field

- Good manners and positive expression

- Basic knowledge the hospitality industry

- Ideally some existing contacts into upmarket hotel business

- Passion for coffee and coffee recipes

- Basic barista knowledge is a plus

- Willing to understand basic technical features of coffee machines

- Ready to travel
