Financial returns:
Responsible for all group bookings in F&B outlets
Directly liaising with Outlet Chefs and Restaurant Operations Managers to find best package for clients
Be aware of hotel and F&B promotions in order to actively up-sell Intercontinental Danang Sun PeninsulaResort
Guest experience:
Meet and greet all guests, and potential guests, at the front of the Restaurant by ensuring the following:
Escort guests to their preferred table or reserved table and seat guests according to restaurant standards
Take telephone bookings and document in the Reservation book according to restaurant standards
Perform Services behaviours in daily operation basic towards the guests.
Share guest feedback to the supervisor.
Handle guest's requests, or escalate to higher levels and/or relate departments when need it.
Drive buggy safely after being certified and be responsible for protecting this asset in good conditions.

Be responsible in protecting the environment such as the trees, the sea, and special species
Understand and ensure your staff understanding IHG Brand Standard related to your department
Open and close the shift, ensure effective shift hand over
Co-ordinate special projects as required, such as...
Rotate the roles (cross training) within department when required
Attending to phone queries or reservations.
Communicate reservations needs and special requests to the Managers
Coordinate reservation with Dining Reservation Department & other Hostesses.
Handle more than one task at a time.
Manage the manifest.
Handle seating cards to enable guest recognition.
Maintain guest history.
Assist guests to their tables.
Seat of guests.
Upkeep of the menus.
Coordinate and assist in service according to service standards.
Ensure a very high standard of service is held and maintain at all times.
Communicate with Headwaiter, Assistant Manager and Manager of all issues concerning outlet.

Qualifications
High School
Experience
One year experience preferably in a hotel of similar size and complexity and including supervisory experience or training.
