Guest Service Officer (Receptionist) (Male Only) _ Nhân Viên Lễ Tân Nam

1. Welcome guests as they come in

2. Conduct the check-in and check-out process

3. Handleg guest requests and complaints

4. Take care of in-house guests and assisting guests' appropriate requests.

5. Do selling accommodation for walk-in guests.

6. Do room upselling to maximize hotel revenue.

7. Participate in on-the-job training of FO departments and other required training from HR Department.

• College/University of Tourism, hospitality or equivalent education
• Willing to work on shifts and weekends
• Language: good level in English both writing and speaking
• Excellent written and oral communication skill
