Front of House Presence
• Welcome members and guests with warmth, discretion, and professionalism.
• Ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience.
• Anticipate member needs and provide proactive service.
Service Coordination
• Coordinate closely with reception, reservations, F&B and events teams.
• Monitor service flow and ensure the highest standards are maintained.
• Respond to requests and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
Guest Communication
• Manage day-to-day guest enquiries and special requests.
• Maintain discretion, confidentiality and sensitivity with high-profile members.
• Resolve issues promptly, ensuring member satisfaction.
Standards and Atmosphere
• Maintain immaculate presentation of guest areas.
• Uphold HAUS brand standards in dress, tone, and attitude.
• Support the Club Manager in maintaining a calm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Experience in a high-end hospitality or private members club environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Discretion and understanding of VIP guest expectations.
