• Prepares visual presentations by designing art and copy layouts.
• Working with commercial team for any Graphic Design requirements.
• Designing all the company’s graphics including all sales and marketing materials such as catalogues, online banners and branded materials.
• Assists with product photography and video requirements for collaterals where needed.
• Working alongside marketing and product teams to develop Point Of Sales Materials, packaging and adverts.
• Managing and maintaining a content database of all online and offline marketing materials and content.
• Managing artwork to ensure that brand guidelines are adhered to throughout the company’s materials.
• Taking down design briefs and translating these into creative but practical branded materials.
• Making design decisions based on analytical data and user testing results.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design software, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance skills and maintain relevance in the field.
• Conduct thorough quality checks and review designs for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project specifications before finalizing artwork for production or publication.
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute creative ideas, and provide constructive feedback to enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Ensure all visual and written communication (internal/external, offline/online) is fully aligned with the hotel's positioning and brand.
• Work with the Commercial team to provide professional recommendations for concept, design, art direction, production, print buying and monitor quality control.
• Defines design criteria; develops concept and direction; proposes, directs and creates art and photography.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete on a timely basis.
• Participate in internal meetings related to graphic designing as per requested by Sr. Communication Manager.
• Technical Skill – A graphic design job requires the technical skills to use design software programs such as Illustrator, Photoshop, or Corel. A knowledge of graphics and printing programs and print media operations, a general interest in computers and an aptitude for learning new technology will be necessary.
• Communication Ability – Sometimes known as visual communication, graphic design requires the ability to effectively present ideas—both verbally and visually. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design quality.
• Organization – Graphic designers need to be organized to meet deadlines.
• Problem-Solving Ability – Choosing just the right fonts, colors and lines to create a balanced composition, while simultaneously conveying meaning, is complicated. To succeed in this job, the candidate needs to have strong problem-solving skills and love a good challenge.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Need a strong appreciation of quality work outputs and the importance of completing tasks on deadline.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in hotels and resorts is a plus.
