General Accountant (New Company)

Our client, a new FDI company in Hai Phong is looking for General Accountant

*Onboard time: can be negotiated

- Assist Senior Finance & Accounting Manager to prepare monthly and yearly financial statements following the Vietnam

Accounting Standards.

- Perform costing calculation for our products, including material costs, manpower cost, work-in-process, fixed overheads etc. (new items and regular cost review for specific items). Summarizing and proposing cost optimization methods.

- Handle accounting daily operation and all taxation issues.

- Input accounting transaction in our accounting software.

- Handle fixed assets monitoring and inventory management.

- Booking general, allotted, amortized, and carry-forward monthly entries.

- Providing explanation to data, and submitting documents as well as reports to tax authorities and auditors

- Coordinate with warehouse, shipping team and monitor all in/out transactions.

- Responsible for all matters related to Accounts Receivable and Payables.

- Support other team members in various areas of financial accounting functions and period-end closing tasks are required.

- Education: University Degree.

- Fluent in English

- At least 4-5 years experience equivalent in manufacturing company

- Good knowledge in Vietnamese accounting system and tax regulations, also using of accounting software

- Familiar with Microsoft office, especially Excel.
