Mô tả công việc

Research and master the original designs of various game genres
Study gaming platforms
Innovate modifications, adjustments, or production of gameplay content, concepts, level layouts, and designs
Create design documents for new designs, features, and content to enhance improvement
Collaborate with 2D, 3D, and other programmers to ensure creative vision is realized
Collaborate with the business department for quoting, ideation, and planning for future projects
Support producers in testing and ensuring the quality of game versions
Maintain and improve retention rates and game revenue by continuously analyzing game key performance indicators (KPIs), then building plans for factors like new incentives, content, and game events; collaborate with other departments to adjust game balance
Work with internal tools to add/modify content, missions, and level

Yêu cầu công việc

Basic programming knowledge
Basic script-writing skill
Basic business knowledge
Experience in LiveOps game management is a significant advantage
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies
Knowledge of popular game engines like Unity, UE, Roblox Studio, etc.

Experience in Game Design: 1-2 years
Basic knowledge of game mechanics
Basic understanding of game performance metrics
Passion and understanding of video games across various genres and platforms
Strong understanding of target audience, user motivations, and the market
Excellent English writing skills, a plus if also excellent in verbal skills
Proficient in document creation, communication, and presentation
Self-management and good teamwork skills
Able to work under high pressure and within strict timelines
Creative in-game ideas and solutions
Willingness to learn new skills and knowledge
A bachelor's degree or equivalent ininformation technology, multimedia, or graphics is an advantage
Understanding of the European game market is preferred
