About the Role:

1. Senior Full-Stack Developer/Team Lead

- Lead end-to-end development of web apps and internal tools.

- Mentor juniors and drive technical decisions.

2. Full-Stack Developer

- Build and maintain features across frontend and backend. .

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop web, apps and internal systems using Python (backend) and React.js (frontend).

- Collaborate on cross-functional projects – from concept to deployment.

- Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure clean code.

- Work with other languages/tools as needed (we value adaptability!).

- Problem-Solver: Strong grasp of coding logic (experience in Python, React.js, PHP, Node.js, or Java).

- Quick Learner: Open to mastering new tools (we’ll support your learning curve).

- Detail-Oriented: Write maintainable code, not just "working" code.

- Communicator (Must have):

+ Fluent in English (written/spoken) – you’ll discuss requirements and document solutions.

+ Communicate and work directly with multinational co-workers from other countries

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

- Understanding of microservices architecture.
