Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR & Admin Assistant to support daily office operations and assist with HR-related tasks. This role will mainly focus on recruitment coordination, payroll and leave tracking, and general administrative support. The position will work closely with and report directly to the Hong Kong office.
What You’ll Do:
HR Support
• Post job advertisements and coordinate candidate responses
• Conduct phone screenings and schedule interviews
• Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance and leave tracking
• Assist in onboarding coordination and document collection
• Assist with monthly payroll data preparation
• Help prepare HR documents (e.g. contracts, letters)
Administrative Support
• Handle daily office operations and ensure a tidy, functional workspace
• Maintain filing systems for employee and office documents
• Assist with supplies ordering, and general admin logistics
• Support any other ad hoc duties assigned by the HK team
Who You Are:
• Good command of English (spoken & written)
• 1–3 years of experience in HR or office admin roles
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Able to follow through on tasks independently and meet deadlines
• Proficient in office software (email, Excel, Word)
