Front Desk & Operations Intern (KOR & ENG)

Job Description:

• Be the first point of contact for all customers and partners (greet customers, answer phones, receive and deliver mail)
• Assist with maintain and order office supplies (stationary, snacks, drinking water, etc.)
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
• Support human resources functions (recruiting, training, employer branding, internal communication)
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Human Resources Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration related

• Fresh graduate or have less than 1,5 years of experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong English language skills and Korean is a plus
• Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
