Footwear Costing Manager (80 - 100Mil Gross, Hai Phong)

Reports to Senior Costing Manager; leads multiple brands and the Brand Costing team. Collaborates with supply chain, factories, and suppliers to negotiate costs, deliver seasonal pricing, and improve costing processes. Oversees cost analysis, reporting, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement. Manages and develops team performance to achieve margin targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Textile Engineering, or equivalent experience.

• 8+ years in footwear costing/manufacturing, including 3+ years in people management.

Skills

• Fluent in English (spoken & written).

• Strong cost negotiation and analytical skills.

• Knowledge of product construction and manufacturing methods.

• Proficient in IT systems, especially advanced Excel.

• Results-driven, adaptable, and high integrity.

Preferred

• Clear communication skills (verbal and written).

• Good manual dexterity.
