Finance Controller

Position Overview:

EXO Travel Vietnam is now seeking a Group Financial Controller (Regional). This is a great chance for candidates to experience a professional working environment with our senior Accounting team & GMs of all Group EXO Travel businesses.

Responsibilities:

● Working closely with the Group CFO & existing Regional GFC to ensure that Group Accounting Guidelines are followed & objectives accomplished

● Support Accounting Managers, their teams & GMs at EXO Travel businesses throughout Asia on Accounting & Finance matters

● Manage the Monthly Reporting Cycle to ensure thatManagementAccounts produced accurately & on time

● Produce Consolidated Group Management Accounts

●Maintain & Update process controls ensuring the integrityof Reporting & Compliancewith AccountingStandards

● Produce Group Cash Flow Forecasts in coordination with local teams

● Support the InterCo Accounting Process where responsibilityis with local teams

● Support the Treasury Function to ensure that Group entitiesare appropriatelyresourced

● Manage the annual Group Audit Exercise, working closelywith the the auditors & the local teams

● Contribute towards projects as required from time to time, in a business looking to continually improve & adapt.

● Bachelor/Postgraduate in Accounting & Finance

● Candidate with at least 5 years experiences or from Big4 audit company is preferable

● Good command of written and spoken English

● Interest and/or experience in the travel industry

● Understanding of sustainability and responsible tourism is a plus.
