Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

  • Type reports, memos and correspondences including those of confidential nature for the operations and administrative functions and maintain files accordingly.
  • Liaise with all other outlets (including F&B Admin, accounting, purchasing, front office etc) for and on behalf of the Executive Chef).
  • Answer and place telephone calls and arrange itineraries for the Executive Chef and remind him of the same. Liaise with the concerned parties.
  • Receive and screen office calls and visitors, schedule and set up appointments.
  • Keep the Executive Chef informed of VIPs, groups and other guest arrivals, hotel events and of other matters which concern him/her.
  • Dispatches and shares information as and when required with all culinary departments about guests’ preferences.
  • See to the cleanliness and maintenance of equipment in the Chef office.
  • When and if necessary, handles all reservation for outlets and acts as central reservation desks. This includes also group reservations.
  • Performs other duties as may be required by the Executive Chef such as:
  • Liaise with Culinary related suppliers.
  • Assists the Culinary outlet team in peak and idle times when and if required.
  • To have a complete understanding and adhere to the hotel and housekeeping department rules and regulations.
  • To always provide a friendly and professional service.
  • To answer the telephone promptly and correctly to the hotel standards.
  • Good knowledge in handling guest request.
  • Maintaining records related to day-to-day operation of housekeeping.
  • Make relevant room status changes on the software as the instruction given by floor supervisor.
  • Prepare minibar consumption list.
  • Post minibar and laundry charge to the respective guest folios.
  • Handle lost and found procedures.
  • Changing the room status from vacant dirty to vacant clean and changing the room status as Supervisor requirement.
  • Coordinate with engineering department for room maintenance issues.
  • Give proper handover to the next shift and mention all responsibilities in detail to next shift before leaving.
  • Assist to prepare the monthly report.
  • Prepare the missing/broken item register.
  • Prepare the room discrepancy list for Front Office.
  • Follow up with concerned department is case of guest request/ complaint.
  • Handling with flower order.
  • To report any problems to the executive housekeeper immediately.
  • To attend training and meetings when required.
  • To be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned to meet business demands and guest service needs.
  • Perform other duties which are assigned by the DOO from time to time.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • High school or equivalency.
  • At least 1 years’ experience working in relevant position.
  • Strong understanding on Food and Beverage skill.
  • Good communication and English skills.
  • Professional attitude.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Computer literacy, with excellent MS Office skills.
  • Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace. English is preferred.
