Maintains regulatory compliance with governmental regulations on health and safety.
Conforms the standards set by applicable regulations.
Conducts routine inspections of facilities for compliance with company and government regulations.
Prepares reports for submission to supervisors and management, which identify the potential hazard(s) and or department discrepancies found, and provides recommendations for control and compliance.
Advises employees, supervisors, and management on safe work practices and potential hazards.
Leads and assists plant personnel with safety and health issues.
Investigates and resolves employee health/safety issues.
Implements effective training to assist line and staff management in understanding safety regulations and procedures
Ensures proper inspection and maintenance of fire protection equipment and emergency response activities.
Represents company during property protection inspections by insurance carrier and responsible for addressing deficiencies noted.
Conducts accident investigations
Participate in meeting, workshops, and conferences to keep abreast of emerging safety, health, and environmental issues.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Education
Required: Four Year Degree in Health and Safety or related applied science field
Preferred: Masters Degree in Safety and Health or applied science field
2. Experience
3 - 5 years Health and Safety or related field
3. Knowledge of:
Proficient in the operation of personal computer (Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point)
Chinese governmental regulations on health and work safety requirements.
First aid and CPR
4. Skills and Abilities
Knowledge in the application of government health and safety regulations
Effective supervisory skills
Good PC Software skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point)
Excellent presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the company
Demonstrated organizational skills
Available to work a variable schedule
