Mô tả công việc:

  • Account Management: Manage relationships with key e-commerce partners such as Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, and other online marketplaces, ensuring optimal product visibility and sales growth.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets for key accounts, focusing on increasing sales volume, market share, and profitability.
  • Promotions and Campaigns: Work with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns tailored to each e-commerce partner, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance, consumer behavior, and market trends for key accounts. Provide regular reports and insights to the management team.
  • Negotiation and Relationship Building: Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and promotional deals with e-commerce platforms to ensure the best possible positioning and opportunities for the company’s products.
  • Inventory and Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment of orders.
  • Product Optimization: Ensure product listings are fully optimized with accurate descriptions, images, pricing, and keywords to maximize searchability and conversion rates.
  • New Account Acquisition: Identify and develop relationships with new e-commerce platforms and opportunities for growth.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve any issues related to order fulfillment, customer service, or platform technicalities in collaboration with internal teams.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce account management or sales, preferably with key marketplaces (Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, etc.).
  • Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving sales growth.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
