Mô tả công việc

• 2D drafting and 3D modelling for construction projects.
• Create, update & revise 3D geometries utilizing CAD 2D floor plans and elevations for the creation of energy models
• Maintain the accuracy of geometries and ensure the integrity and quality of deliverables;
• Coordinate deliverables and modifications with overseas colleagues.
• Assist in the development of internal standards and guidelines for work planning.
• Assist in the creation, update and revision of 3D model geometries throughout the project life cycle.
• Performing building energy simulations, track, structure and present the results;

Yêu cầu công việc

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent. Civil and Mechanical engineering are also acceptable.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is appreciated;
• Good knowledge of English.
• Proven experience working with CAD and BIM software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
• Must have exceptional attention to detail.
• Work experience for international companies is appreciated.
• Work experience with energy modeling software is appreciated.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel. VBA and other Programming skills appreciated.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
