    Mô tả công việc

    • Take responsible for the entire technology project process, including planning, project launch, monitoring and controlling implementation progress, quality monitoring, and successful project completion
    • Determines, monitors and reviews all programme and inter-programme economics to ensures that the portfolio is managed to realise business benefits and that portfolio management is informed by an awareness of current technical developments.
    • Determines, monitors, and reviews all programme economics to include programme time & costs, projected operational costs, staffing

  • Takes responsibility for the definition, documentation and successful completion of complex projects, directing and counselling project team members, and advising clients/users as necessary on all phases.
  • Liaises with other managers within the IT functions and within the business; manages expectations of all project stakeholders
  • Monitors and reports on sales prospects, progress and performance, customer satisfaction, market intelligence and competitor capabilities.
  • Responsible for managing staffs and trainings
    • Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT)
    • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
    • Have broad skills in information and communications technology, comprehensive knowledge of relevant development life cycles
    • Ability to lead, manage and monitor the progress of technology projects, including product structure analysis, project strategic planning, conflict resolution, risk management, finished product quality management
    • Ability in communicating and conveying information to act as a bridge between technical and client, maintain and expand relationships with clients
    • Proficient in methods and techniques for evaluating the project structure, including evaluation of technical technology products, test plans, business plans and key deliverables of the Project
    • Ability to work under high pressure, good communication, presentation, teamwork, negotiation and leadership skills
    • Japanese equivalent of N2 (good at speaking, listening, writing, reading)
