Distribution Resource Specialist

JOB SUMMARY:

- To review and execute MRP requirements in our distribution centers and customer facing branches to ensure service to our customers meets the goals laid out by the organization.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze weekly demand and incoming supply to determine the horizon to which MRP requirements must be fulfilled for each customer-facing warehouse in the network.

• React to shortage cues and determine when rush shipments are necessary to minimize disruption.

• Analyze MRP requirements in hub branches to determine optimal inventory to be moved to satellite branches to satisfy demand during lead-time, while ensuring ideal service level in both locations.

• Execute inventory shortage reports to fulfill service needs while minimizing freight expenses.

• Review past due orders and problem tickets to determine quantities to be reduced or closed to ensure accuracy of MRP.

• Other duties as assigned by Manager.

• Intermediate level Excel, MS Office; Basic algebra; Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills

• Experience with Outlook and SAP management

• Good skill on data analysis

• Education level: Bachelor’s degree, etc..

• Working experience: More than 2 years’ experience in supply chain/ inventory management/ Warehouse.

• SAP preferred

• Language: Good English communication
