• Monitor and support the Service Center (DSC) in resolving daily operational issues.
• Inspect and evaluate defective components returned by dealers, determine warranty approval or rejection.
• Approve leave requests, overtime, shift changes, and check-in/check-out for Technicians (CT) and the Service Center (DSC).
• Track and approve operational costs of the Service Center (DSC), including electricity, water, rent, office supplies, etc.
• Collaborate with the R&D team of Coway Thailand and Malaysia (communication in English) and handle related tasks.
• Handle warranty requests and provide technical support for B2B customers.
• Prepare and compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports from DSC.
• Gender: Male
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or Refrigeration Engineering.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant technical experience (experience with air purifiers and water purifiers is an advantage).
• Language: Proficient in English (capable of handling all work-related tasks in English).
• Skills & Attributes: Attention to detail, good health, strong communication skills, hardworking, honest.
• Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
