Customer Service - Logistics

- Handle export/import shipments from/to Vietnam according to all given requirements and rules & regulations externally as well as internally.

- Execute customer’s service requirements from Bookings, Cargo movement to Data Transmission, Documentation, Invoicing and cost booking.

- Liaise with booking team/ carrier/ agent to secure vessel space & arrange flight.

- Tracing/ updating and cooperate with worldwide agent network to handle shipments smoothly.

- Check with subcontractor, trucking for the best cost.

- Handle documentation for all kinds of shipments (export and import, sea freight and airfreight) until close a file.

- Input all required data on the system and update it.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and feedback to customers in professional manner.

- Good knowledge about services information to provide best offers to customers.

- Report to management in form of daily updates and proper accurate weekly/monthly report.

- Doing other works if required. Job Requirement - Bachelor degree in economics or related

fields.

- Graduated from university with specialization in in Economics, Transportation, International Business.

- Over 3 years experience working at HCM office / Forwarding - Logistics company.

- Comprehensive knowledge of Sea Freight and Pricing.

- Good command of English.

- Good at Internet, MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).

- Good skill of Interpersonal communication and Customer Service

- Good at English (speaking & writing)

- Good with figures, responsible, careful, detail-oriented, and good at teamwork.

- Well organized and detailed, able to work under high pressure.
