Customer Service Cum E-Commerce Executive

Online Order Fulfillment:

• Orders processing and scheduling of deliveries for various e-commerce channels(e.g. Lazada, Shopee, etc.)in a timely and accurate manner.
• Follow up on any product returns received from the e-commerce channels.
• Handle all customers’ enquiries received via the e-commerce channel’s online chat and product Q&A, including providing service recovery as and when necessary.
• Attend to customers’ order-related issues(e.g., missing/ damaged parcels, etc.)on time with lead times.
• Working closely with warehouse teams to ensure the fulfillment of orders on time and printing necessary documents.

Set up and manage websites and e-commerce:

• Manage and assist in the product content, images, inventory, promotion, and pricing update/ upload on the eCommerce Channels. Ensure all information is always updated and inventory is well-stocked.
• Overall, manage/edit product descriptions and pictures for online platforms.
• Assist with updates to our e-commerce website.
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize performance based on the insights.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
• Translation from English to Vietnamese.

Report:

• Inventory report.
• Cancel/return order.
• Sales report.
• Transaction report.

• Minimum 3-year experience in the related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with E-commerce marketplace channel.
• Attention to detail and good follow-up capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Vietnamese.
