We're hiring anCustomer Quality Engineer (Open for Chinese Expat, ID 18155) for a foreign-invested company

• Act as the primary contact point for customer SQE and Purchasing personnel regarding quality-related matters. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customer representatives.
• Ensure all customer complaints are reported promptly and addressed in a timely manner. Lead 8D problem-solving activities to perform thorough root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Understand and document all customer requirements, including product acceptance criteria. Ensure these requirements are integrated into New Product Introduction (NPI) and production planning processes.
• Lead customer process audits and visits. Participate in system and EHS audits to fully understand and comply with customer requirements.
• Ensure effective communication with Operations and Sales teams regarding customer complaints, corrective actions, project updates, internal DPPM data, customer feedback, and other specific requirements.
• Participate in design and gate reviews to ensure customer quality requirements are clearly captured in NPI plans and accurately translated into manufacturing processes.
• Contribute to the development of FMEAs and Process Control Plans to establish robust process controls that ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Organize and lead sorting or inspection activities at customer sites when necessary. Plan and execute containment actions efficiently to support customer production schedules and minimize costs.
• Collaborate with NPD and Purchasing teams to support supplier development during the NPI stage. Work closely with SQE to resolve supplier-related issues on a daily basis.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure that all processes meet customer requirements and comply with internal quality standards.
• Provide training and guidance to Quality Control (QC) staff
• Maintain and continuously improve the company’s quality and environmental management systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or quality manager.

• Males/Female, Under 40 years old
• Chinese nationality
• University graduate
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position at manufacturing plants in the electrical/electronics industry, preferably with experience in printing
• Fluent in Chinese; proficiency in Vietnamese or English is an advantage
