Key Responsibilities:
+ Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
+ Communicate with candidates about the interview result.
+ Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new employees.
+ Manage candidate porfollio.
+ Manage timesheet and other such as annual leave, sick leave, overtime…
+ Do payroll monthly and solve employees’ concerns.
+ Monitor and update social insurance, PIT.
+ Update latest regulations about compensation and benefits.
+ Process employee termination.
+ Manage employees’ profile like personal information, offer letter, probation contracts, labour contracts…
+ Perform procedure of resignation, transfer, promotion.
+ Monitor assets and equipments to employees.
+ Main contact for employees’ inquiries and concerns.
+ Organize training for employees.
+ Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness.
+ Comply to labour laws and internal regulations.
+ Assist with audits and reporting requirements.
+ Manage HR tools and make reports.
+ Support HR Manager to improve HR process.
+ Organize company’s events such as seminars, teambuilings, parties…
